Mach12 ("we") operates TesseRank ("Service"). This Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information we collect

Account information: email, hashed password, workspace name, role.
Scan inputs: domains you submit, cities, states, industry selections, and custom questions.
Scan results: the AI engine responses, parsed citation data, and generated recommendations.
Billing information: processed and stored by Stripe; we never see full card numbers.
Usage data: request logs, error logs, page views (anonymized where possible).

2. How we use information

To provide and improve the Service.
To meter usage and bill correctly.
To send transactional emails (scan completions, billing receipts).
To communicate product updates (you can opt out anytime).
To prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.

3. Third-party services

Supabase — authentication, database, edge functions.
Stripe — payments and subscription management.
OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Perplexity — AI engines we query on your behalf.
Resend — transactional email delivery.

Your scan queries are sent to these engines as part of normal Service operation. We do not share customer lists or personally identifiable information with third parties for marketing.

4. Data retention

Scan history is retained for as long as your workspace is active. You can delete any scan from the workspace. Closing your workspace deletes all associated scans, recommendations, and exports within 30 days.

5. Your rights

You may request export or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@tesserank.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Security

Passwords are stored hashed via industry-standard algorithms. All traffic is encrypted in transit. Database access is RLS-gated so only authorized workspace members can read their data.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes are communicated via email or in-app notice 14 days before they take effect.
