These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TesseRank ("Service"), provided by Mach12 ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

TesseRank measures where a domain ranks across third-party AI search engines (including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and Perplexity) by sending real prompts to those engines and parsing the responses. We then generate recommendations intended to improve that visibility.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate information when registering. Each workspace (organization) has at least one Owner, who is responsible for billing and member management. You may invite additional members to your workspace.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the Service to scan domains you own or are authorized to act on behalf of. You may not scan domains for the purpose of unfair competition, defamation, or harassment. You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits, plan quotas, or billing.

4. Plans, billing, and refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You may cancel at any time and your plan remains active through the current billing period. Pay-as-you-go balances are non-refundable but never expire. Unused monthly rankings do not roll over.

5. Third-party AI engines

The Service depends on third-party AI engines that may change their pricing, availability, or response format without notice. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain integrations but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific engine.

6. Data ownership

You retain all rights to data you submit. We retain rights to aggregated, anonymized usage data for product improvement. Scan results, recommendations, and exports belong to your workspace.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
